It’s not often we get snow in England and I think a lot of the country thought we were in the clear this year but it soon caught up with us and today it started snowing!

I love snow. The white coating makes everywhere look magical and today I have been out in the faux fur and Uggs making the most of it. Unfortunately we don’t have a garden otherwise I would have had a made a snowman but skipping around town was enough for me today!

I have also been very greedy and indulgent and have been for two meals out. For lunch we went to The Greedy Greek and I had a very yummy falafel wrap and for tea we went to Zeugma a Turkish restaurant. I’ve never been to a Greek or Turkish restaurant before but I loved them both, the food was scrummy and I am well and truly stuffed!

I love food, always have, always will!

First Friday in Feb!

Happy Friday!  

I love wishing people a Happy Friday and it's even better when you get them back!

Time for Friday 5... five things I'm looking forward to this First Friday in February...(lots of f's!)

1. My fiancés birthday, I'm planning on taking him to a Turkish restaurant; Zeugma (a first for both of us)

2. Valentines Day - a beautiful loved up day and a perfect excuse to share lots of hearts with loved ones

3. Greyhound Racing - I'm rubbish at betting but this should be a great night out with the netball team

4. Road Trip to Birmingham - a trade show with work, oh how I love a weekend away. I love hotels and travelling even if it is only 2 hours away!

5. Birthdays and lots of them...February is a very busy birthday month for friends and family and I love giving gifts and of course celebrating!

Strictly Come Dancing

The glitz, the sparkles, the feathers...I love it all. Challenge for 2012 to learn how to dance! Not just any dancing 'strictly dancing'! 

You know when you were younger and had been to see a musical or ballet and would come out dancing and singing like you were Annie or a graceful swan?! Well as you get older this doesn't change!

Tonight Matthew I am going to be a...Strictly Come Dancing ballroom dancer! Da Da Da Da Darrr! And if that doesn't work I will just have to fashion myself a sequin and feather number and dance around in my living room!
